    When this works, it is really convenient since it is fully automatic going up and down. But for some unknown reason, some bottles don't work. So we end up with the mess of getting damaged corks out of the wine bottles.

    Was ok using this item . Much easier just to get the corkscrew out and use that to open the wine bottle..
