I have only opened one bottle with it so far. It seems to do what it's intended to do. It did struggle a little bit, but got the job done. We shall see if it continues to struggle as I continue to use it. I do like the fact that I don't have to have it sitting on a charger all the time. I can just throw batteries in it and set it under my bar. No wires to have to deal with.

I ordered this not really sure I would like that "blue" color - it was on every model. BUT - when I got it I gladly discovered the chamber covering is actually clear acrylic - and the "blue" color is the little light that comes on when the device is operating. It has a nice soft grip on the sides - I haven't used it to open a bottle of wine yet - hope it's as functional as it is cute!

Saw this at Best Buy and thought to myself "why waste my time uncorking wine bottles when I can use this much faster" and then I saw the $8 price tag so got it and it worked perfectly and left me wondering why the heck anyone would spend $100+ on a what this device does (and looks awesome doing it) great product

Great opener for the price. Lots of reviews mention battery polarity is not obvious but its really obvious and even marked on the upper rim. Works great, lights up. Good power. Batteries included. Recommend!

I will be back to buy for myself. I bought the first one for my niece. We used it to open a bottle, it was quick and easy. I am buying 2 next time. One as a gift A nd one for myself. This is one of those functional gadget that comes in handly and useful.

I bought this not expecting much but after using it has surpassed my expectations. I love that its compact but has all the power as the the much larger wine openers. I love the colors you have to choose from & the color it lights up. A great companion if you are a wine drinker

I don't know how I have lived without this item!! So easy to use. Detach the foil cutter on top and put the opener on top of the bottle. Hold the bottle and push the button and you have wine in seconds!! No charging, take it with you on the move......

This item works as advertised. It is very easy to open any wine bottle. The foil cutter makes easy work of removing the foil. The corkscrew mechanism works well and completes the task in very little time. I couldn't be more pleased with the product.

I was skeptical of this opener because it was so inexpensive, but our old expensive Rabbit Wine Opener just happened to have broken the previous night...so I thought, why not try it. Especially considering the low cost, this little thing works amazingly quickly and efficiently. Well worth the few bucks.

I bought this as a gift for my sister-in-law. She has problems with her wrist. My cousin was demonstrating this at his house and I thought this would be perfect for her. It would spare her the trouble of opening the wine.
