I had a cheaper rechargeable wine opener, and it was always dead when I wanted to use it, then it would not open a bottle even when fully charged. So, I'm going to try this Modal unit. Hopefully the newer technology will enable this Modal unit go last. So far it is everything that you could want!! I love it!!

You’re getting what you pay for, a solid electronic wine bottle opener that makes opening nearly any bottom easy and seamless. The build of the opener feels solid and I think it would be pretty durable for any accidents that happen. I thought it was a little weird that you have to charge it for 16 hours before you use it, but the charge has held since I got it.

Nothing to wine about
