George Clooney and Julia Roberts make this movie great....as the most always do. It was entertaining and probably not that far out of the possible of actually happening with the wild crazy banking and investment world today. I am glad I bought it and have watched it twice now.

Jodie Foster did a good job directing this movie. The plot is quite simple but still OK. Overall, "Money Monster" (2016) is a pretty good, fast paced thriller, drama.

I've watched it twice since I got it, I think everyone needs to watch a few movies like this because it brings in to question how our system works and what the driving force is behind these people, even being fiction there is the non-fiction part that provokes thought.

George Cloony plays a stock market "guru" on television, becomes a hostage in a corrupt world of stocks, Ponzi schemes, all while trying to figure out the truth.

This as a great movie saw it in theatres really makes a body think about how the market is controlled. This movie portrays it in a suspenseful action packed way.

I actually really enjoyed watching this movie, I really feel like this movie had a somewhat realistic plot. It is something that I can see happening now a days

We like both Julia Roberts and George Cloony they are great actors. Thismovie was really good and portrays the way some people are these days. Lot's of drama.

Good movie of wallstreet showing people's discontent with wallstreets thievery and dishonesty with people. Greed being the engine for their dishonesty.

I will admit I missed this in theaters but decided to gamble and pick it up. I am glad i did. Perfect performances and well directed by Foster.

Been wanting to check this one out for a while. It went down to around $12 so finally scooped it up. Hope it's as good as I've heard.

Money Monster is a gripping thriller that relies on story rather than blood to entertain the audience. First rate directing and acting.

This was a good suspenseful drama. I kept me wondering if the underdog would WIN or NOT WIN. Watch the movie for the answer.

It seemed to start off a bit slow. Once it got going, it was relentless and went by very quickly. We were totally engrossed.

The cast is super!! I'm not a big George Clooney fan, but he did a good job portraying a narcissistic TV financial advisor.

With today's stock market and investments I could see this happening to Jim Cramer, which is where this plot line came from.

It's hard to believe that under the stressful situations this movie presents, people would really act the way they do, just keep doing their job. Most of us would run away, first chance. This movie has two themes: the pushing of stocks on television to the general, naive public; the fraudulent manipulation of stock prices by corrupt corporations. Neither theme is fully developed.

Corporate greed, the effects on the little guy. This makes for a great what next..... I can see many ways this movie mirrors today's investment world. George Cloony is great turning this into a "who DUNIT movie...

George Clooney delivers a fine performance backed by a fine supporting cast led by Julia Roberts and Caitriona Balfe.
