Bought this to replace an old built-in Monogram frige that has been working for 27 years. I like the refrigerator side very much, especially the lighting. On the freezer side, the lighting seems too dim and needs improvement. We opted for the model without ice/water dispenser on the door because it can get messy. The location of ice chamber is too high and very inconvenient for someone as short as me (4' 11").

We totally love the look of this Monogram build in. This is our first purchase and the installation was both quick a professional. If you are on the fence, pick this brand. Is worth the extra money for the quality and the looks.

great refrigerator, good lighting, quiet, good appearance

Mu refrigerator came without handles. This is awful!! The ice machine came without a front panel. Crazy. I ordered AND PAID for these appliances months ago. My washer and dryer don’t match so I only have a dryer. I’m in my new remodeled residence and these appliances are not quite right. I’ve been awfully patient and let the project manager work through these issues diplomatically but why would you ever ship a fridge without handles. I don’t want to rate anything because how can I say how these things really work. Very very annoying. You don’t want me adding my photo of the fridge nor would you want a video of me struggling to open it each time.
