Worked great for a year then zap

Had some things plugged in, came home one day and found my TV and appliances off, took the strip to a different outlet, not working. My question is how can I return this one for a new one?

A must have to protect your expensive items!!

The ONLY electronic items that didn't fry were plugged into the one & only Monster Power Strip we had. Every other item plugged into off brand power strips were toast. Our insurance claim was over $4000. Two days after the surge, we were at our local Best Buy to replace each & every power strip in our house with a Monster. They are more expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY !!!! If you want a reliable power strip to protect all those expensive items-GET ONE OF THESE!!!

I fell more confident and at ease with having this.

Waste your money if you like

And, if you want a surge protector, pay $250 and have it installed at the breaker box to protector entire house. These things don't stop lightening strikes or bad transformer from the poles.
