The service is good but it depends on the store you go. Sometime is great and sometimes it sucks.

Get this if you want to protect your phone! Best thing you could do is save your phone!

Hopefully nothing happens to my phone and I don't have to use the accident protection, but I know they are not helpful over the phone. I waited hours and when I finally was connected to a representative they told me they don't work with the phone side only computer and to just call Verizon. Didn't even try to help.
