We do purchase Geek Squad support for certain products, but always a MUST for our cell phones. We never have any fear that our phones are will taken care of should the worst happen to them.

Always get when I get a new phone. I have used it several time to have damaged phone replaced. I do construction so I need the insurance. Wish it could be purchased for more than 2 years.

Best Buy gave me as an elite member such a screaming deal on a new verizon Samsung A51 that I could use the savings on the purchase to pay for the 2 year PROTECTION plan. Keep it up Best Buy!

I bought this coverage for my cell phone but thankfully I've never needed it. It's nice to have the piece of mind that having this insurance provides.

Always good to have. It's cheaper to buy when you buy the phone. The same day. Haven't had to use it. I haven't had to use it but they told me a covers everything. For the price it's worth it.

I purchesed this protection plan for my cell phone. Havent had to use it yet. Does have a deductible and small montly payments oe you can just pay for the plan up front.

Where would I be should something happens to the phone! Mistakes will come and go and extending some repair service was the least that I could do for myself to insure the smartphone!

Absolutely love this great sound and quality very clear and lots of bass I even wish that I could get it to go louder but sounds very good.

New cell phones often have quirks that the Best Buy professionals are very adept at assisting and instructing new owners in their functionality. I count on them to fix anything when it breaks.

Good service. The “deductible” that you have to pay when you make a claim is a bit pricey but is better that than paying the entire thing

I purchase Geek Squad service for all of my purchases from Best Buy. Fortunately I haven't had to use it very often but when I did they were outstanding and took care of me promptly! Highly recommend!

It is a great plan for the price. All others can be a twice as much. I'm not to happy with the $200. Better than a $1000 for a new phone.

Good. Useful only bad thing is you 0ay 200 for it and if you use it then you pay close to another 200 to use it but i guess its better then paying a 1000 or more.

I've had to use this at times and I'm always so glad I got it and they are great about fixing it or replacing it

The Geek Squad has always been very responsive to my tech issues. I have not had to use them often, but it is nice to know they are there for me.

We asked all kinds of questions when deciding whether to add this to our purchase or not. Tim (AT&T specialist) explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

It is great having geek squad there when you need them for your needs.

The service is great and the panic saves are calming when the kids break things, that i would not damage for years, in a matter of weeks
