    I haven't had to use the service yet, but I'm glad that I have it. It's an insurance policy that you pay a premium to cover your device against damages.

    Sons screen cracked and had some pixelation before crack. Was not able to fix in store had replacement phone in 2 days. Customer service was great.

    purchased with my Samsung S21 for protection but so far have not needed it. As much as phones cost you need some protection on any phone
