I like this service as I am rough with my devices and it protects me should they fail or I damage them.

The Geek Squad took care of set up, troubleshooting and connectivity...all with a positive attitude and unquestionable knowledge. Best Buy for sure!

Every time I have tried to use it I would get a we don’t cover that you have to go to the manufacturer or you just have to replace it.
