Havent had to use it yet but atleast i know ill be covered if anything happens to my new s21 ultra if it ever needs it.

I usually buy the geek squad protection when I purchase electronics at best buy. Its great service and they really know what they doing.

The agents helped me out when I incurred damage to my phone. They promptly went over my policy and confirmed I was covered for accidental damage.

Phone accidents rarely happen to me but when they do I'm always prepared. This is not a bad price for the coverage you get and that's what I need!

Love my Geek Squad. I don't like paying a lot of money for protection but with the price of my new phone, I'm not taking a chance.

Good peace of mind for any damages. The negative thing is they have to send your computer off to get your new battery which can take 2 to 3 weeks.

any thing that helps keep you safe if your phone breaks is worth the price! i wont have to worry if my phone breaks as they will fix it!

The Geek Squad takes care of any issues we gave with our computer and they are very knowledgeable and help when there is a problem!

I purchased this for my wife's cell phone as she has had a habit of dropping her previous phones. Have not had to use it yet.......knock on wood.
