I have not needed to use the warranty as of now. I read the information and it looks like a solid plan. Wish my last phone and service carrier had been as honest as this plan is.

I purchased the new Samsung S21 ultra cellphone. I added the warranty protection. Which was a great monthly payment for 24 months. This warranty also include theft and loss of item.

Never had to cash in on it, keep it for about a year until your deductible is balanced out on the monthly fee for the 2nd 12-months.

I normally don't get these kinds of plans, but with phones costing $1000 and up, you pretty much need to.

I may not ever need the protection but it is nice to have the security in case there comes a time that it is needed. It wasn't that expensive so we decided to purchase the protection.

This is something everyone should purchase. You just never know when it will come in handy. Yes I have used it when I could not figure out what was wrong and they made it right

I love that Greek squad is easy to use. I can make a claim easily over my phone before even going to the store. The service is better then anyone else hands down!!

Everytime I need to use my geeksquad protection, they always help me 100%. Best customer service ever and wouldn't recommend to shop anywhere else because of geeksquads great customer service!

It's a great service. I can just visit local best buy and drop off my phone for repair, instead of going through many phone calls. It's one flat fee per month.

The 2 yr geek squad protection plan for cell phones is a joke, besides spending hours trying to get information about a phone repair, after it's all said and done turns out there's a service fee of 149.99 for a repair I could get done at any other repair shop for $50 less. This has me asking myself why did I waste my money with this useless geek squad protection plan. While I'm complaining, let me tell you what Best Buy and the geeks require of you to make an appointment, first off , spend a lot of time on the phone and when you get to talk to someone they're not much help at all. I called the store number and asked for the mobile phone dept. the person who answered eventually had to come clean and tell me they weren't actually at the store , I found this out after they couldn't answer my questions about whether they have parts on site and can fix my phone same day, of course they didn't know because they were miles and miles away! But they told me they would make me an appointment so I can travel to the store only for the geeks to tell me they don't have the ability to repair on site and would have to send it out to get fixed and it would take up to 2 weeks. If I could of just found this out before I drove 45 minutes to the store It would of saved me time and gas money, it's absolutely Ridiculous! Eventually I had it fixed same day at another shop where people actually know what they're doing with phone repairs. The fact that best buy routes your calls to someone who's not at the store and can't answer your questions is a deal breaker to me. I doubt that I will ever step foot in a best buy store again and would not recommend any geek squad services to anyone.

I have not yet had to use this help, but I am so glad I have it! I can mess up a cellphone like nobody's business, so I'm happy to have the option of going to experts to help me!

Good service, I had this on my last phone and they couldn't get a replacement so they gave me a credit for the purchase price, after the deductible.

With the price of the newer phones, it is worth every penny to have good protection. In addition to covering any breakage of the phone, this plan also covers theft and loss. Peace of mind for only $8/month.

I had a problem with my voicemail ap not working. I went to see the Geek squad at the store . The guy I went to fixed my problem in about five minutes. Very happy with the monthly plan.

We do purchase Geek Squad support for certain products, but always a MUST for our cell phones. We never have any fear that our phones are will taken care of should the worst happen to them.

Always get when I get a new phone. I have used it several time to have damaged phone replaced. I do construction so I need the insurance. Wish it could be purchased for more than 2 years.

Best Buy gave me as an elite member such a screaming deal on a new verizon Samsung A51 that I could use the savings on the purchase to pay for the 2 year PROTECTION plan. Keep it up Best Buy!
