I got this with my new laptop. I have not had to use it. But got it just in case because accidents happen.

Not a fan of geek squad. Bought the warranty cause I know my daughter

This is a predatory product. It cost $170, and upon claim, Best Buy demands a $200 additional fee to honor the policy. It is a waste of money to pay 1/4 of the price of the phone at purchase for the privilege of playing 1/3 of the cost of the phone later to replace it. This was not disclosed at purchase.

The sound went out on my BLU Cell phone within a week after I purchased it. I was able to replace it.

I don't know what services they would extend me, but they installed my screen protector well.

Dont like the fact my phone has to be sent off for up to eight 8 days to get fixed.not even an option for a loner phone in thr mean time. Dont get this plan if you are not alright with that

You have to pay twice if anything goes wrong with the product.

This phone is only good for the camera. People on the other end of a phone call can't hear me unless I use speaker. Touch screen freezes up often

Hopefully saves my butt within two years. Need some insurance.

Never needed to use this but its great to have the extra protection :)

I assumed a same day screen replacement or quick repair on a new model phone would be the key time saving benefit of this plan. Unfortunately even at a "Samsung authorized service center" they could only offer to mail me a new phone after a screen stopped working on a two month old phone. I could have done that directly with the manufacturer! I like BB and wish they wouldn't mislead on what they could actually do for you.

Its great for the the price but i prefer the samaung care.

What can I say? Still not having problems with my phone! Paying Just in case....

Had to wait on hold for a while, however they took care my issue with my computer.

I hope they dont give me excuses if my device malfunctions

Waste of Money. I purchased and they couldn't do anything to help me with a battery replacement. I have been sent to two different stores and the 800 number directed me to a another store that cannot help me. They now want me to pay $90 and on top of that be without a phone and they won't reimburse me for my geek squad protection that did nothing. I'm feel best buy lied and had me purchase a plan that they knew couldn't help me
