Was complicated and unused the whole time i had service paid

Haven't used yet have used service in the past on my tablets was very happy

I didnt eant to turn my phone in n wait for a new phone

There has not been one time I have regretted getting the geek squad service. Only one I have been undoubtedly sure to get because they have always exceeded expectations.

I normally don't purchase warranties with electronics as I never seem to need them. But since it was my husband's phone and he is prone to dropping his and with his work industry being water, I decided to spend the extra money and get the 2 year warranty. Thankfully I did because while on vacation we went river rafting and the waterproof case we had his phone in wasn't so waterproof after all and after an hour or so of being in the water he realized water was sitting in the case on the bottom of his phone. He immediately took his phone out of the case, turned it off and cleaned it. When he turned his phone back on it was blurry at the bottom of the screen. He turned his phone off again and left it off and let it dry. After a few hours he tried turning his phone back on and the screen was completely black and the flashlight kept turning off and on. We just turned the phone off, set up an appointment online with Geek Squad at our local Best Buy and once we got home from vacation we went in at our scheduled time. Now I will say that once we got there at our scheduled time there were several people infront of us. So once we got to a Geek Squad representative our scheduled time was over and another Geek Squad rep tried to tell us we would have to reschedule. I told them that we would not be rescheduling, that we arrived on time and drove over 30 minutes to get there and they would be resolving our issue today. After explaining our issue to the GS rep he told us what the next steps would be. Set everything up then and there. Told us we would get a new phone send via UPS in 2 business day, we would need to send the old phone back in the same box with provided shipping label and that was it. It did take 3 business days for us to get the new phone but the exchange was easy and simple . Im so thankful that we ended up getting the warranty for this phone because it came in handy. We only had to pay the deductible which I believe was $69.99.

I didn't use their service while under service contract

They worked diligently to fix my broken phone, but it was a goner. They tried their best. I bought a new and better phone, and I'm happy. Thank you Geek Squad.

Haven't used it yet but Im sure it will be useful..

I purchased the Motorola 5g Power to replace my previous Moto G Power....the phone is excellent great features, camera is good . My biggest complaint is the reason I purchased this phone, the longer lasting battery. Unfortunately, my fully charged phone, at 8 am is currently at 54% at 12:35. Not even 5 hours and the battery is half gone. My previous power lasted days on a charge. I don't see this one even coming close to 2 days let alone hoping for 3. If you are purchasing for the long battery life, be aware the estimates are horribly wrong. If by chance the second half of the battery life stretches out, I will submit an update.

Quality phone, great pictures, sound is great, easy to use.

FLAGSHIP quality and tech for very reasonable price, LOVE IT! I had bought an expensive Samsung only to break and glitch 1st month and had to replace with this G7 for half the price and virtually all the same exact same features, best phone I ever had.

I went directly to the store and all three associates were friendly, professional and kind. Great service and great warranty. Had no problems.
