Glad i bought this for 2 years! Love the peace and mind its protected! recommend this if your buying the Galaxy Z Flip 3! since you never know with these phones :)

I'm not sure why they're able to sell a "warranty" that directly sites on top if a factory warranty they EXPECT to come first. After the second year is when the warranty is worth anything .. read the fine print before you spend your money .. only good for BIG money items that you want to protect for multiple years.

The technician transferred all of my data to my new phone. When I left the store I was able to use my phone right away.

Thankfully havent needed to use the service but love the option of just paying outright for coverage.

Great protection for my phone. It gives me peace knowing that if I mess up my phone, I can take it to get it serviced. I would have the same thing if I bought my phone from Google.

I have trusted geek squad for a long time. Each time they were able to educate me in the technical difficalties i have experienced. I know that if there is a problem they got my back.
