good to buy just incase something happens to your items you never know ,but it covers awesome no issue when using when you have too ,its a must buy trust me

I purchased the 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan for my Samsung 9 plus cell phone. This plan provides peace of mind against unforeseen accidents.

Purchased the accidental or full protection plan to cover my Samsung 10e. Would never ever spend that kind of cash without the coverage. Thank you, Best Buy for having the insurance.

If your going to buy any electronic over 50.00, make sure you buy the extrend warranty. Best buy's customer service is great and will not hassle you with returns if your product breaks.

Very disappointed I’ve purchased multiple electronics and never have i had issues till Purchasing a phone,i had specifically asked if the warranty covered cracked screens or charging issues the sales person told me yes i had also asked if there was a deductible and he had said no just bring the phone in if you have any issues.AND We’ll do a instore Return TURNS OUT THERE IS A DEDUCTIBLE THERE IS ALSO A 3-4 day waiting period till i recieve my phone this is ridiculous bestbuy needs to talk to there employes so they can properly explain the warranty procedures.

I highly recommend hook squad protection. You never knows when an accident may occur. Always have a good experience when dealing with the geek squad associates.
