Haven't had to us the protection service yet as I am a very careful person but I feel safe knowing that my phone will be protected under the accidental protection plan.

Bought it in case the used, in excellent condition, phone we got dad for Christmas messed up in a few months like some reviews said. Nothing better than peace of mind

I paid an extra $200 for in store free replacement but when I crack the screen it was not in store free replacement I had to pay an extra $200 plus they shipped the phone off and I had to wait two three days to get in their phone

I like the protection. I have habit of dropping things, I have previous had Geek Squad protection and have to use it with no problems with getting service.

great protection plan get it on everything i buy you never can be to careful would recommend it on any high end items you buy. great team always been helpful.

My 2-year warranty was honored right away. My phone was replaced and the tech personnel transferred all phone contacts and photos to my replacement phone. Great Service.
