Geek appt staff not aware of what the can repair.

To repair Ipad only to be told the day of my appt. That the service I needed could only be performed at an apple store. That was 7 days after I made the appt. Even when I explained exactly what I needed perform. Didn’t they know that when I made the appointment!!!
