Fair if you get the right agent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They have a good protection plan but you do need to know what to say them because if you try to talk to them they want you to take it to someone or send it in and wait for a repair….. tell them I have apple plus for a reason… the reason is this if it breaks send me a new one…. Then I send you the one messed up when I get the new one.

We have it through our Best Buy membership plan for all our apple products and can go directly to the apple store to get issues resolved or products replaced at no additional cost.

Love Apple Care with Total Tech

I have been a member since the beginning. Any product purchased at Best Buy, including any Apple product purchased gives 24 month Apple Care as part of being part of the Total Tech Program. That alone is worth it.

Never buy an apple product without AppleCare plus

But the timing is too short and if you're slightly outside the boundaries then too bad. Wish Apple would truly stand up and support their products, especially if you buy this extra insurance.
