AppleCare plus Totaltech Support = zero coverage?’

In this case I have both “supposedly” yet somehow AppleCare dropped after only 2 months of a 24 month plan…. Bestbuy said to go to Apple. Apple said go to Bestbuy. Best Buy said go to Apple, Apple said because the Apple care was not purchased at Apple , their hands are tied. Bestbuy just charged my card to “reinstate” my Apple care and it’s only showing for my daughters iPhone, not the iPad with the cracked screen that I need repaired…. What do you do?
