    I purchased an iPhone14 Max. After a few months of ownership, I accidentally damaged the back glass. I was very pleased as when I brought it to my local Apple Store they were able to replace the glass the same day and only charge me ~ $30. Unfortunately, Best Buy was unable to p[perform the repair without me being with my phone for 5-7 days.

    For Apple products you must buy the Apple Care + Fixing one minor item could cost you more that what you pay for the product. This is definitely well worth the money

    Apple care is always a must. I scored an even better deal by getting the Best Buy Totaltech plan. Highly recommend looking into that because it covers all tech items purchased from Best Buy and provides free Apple Care.

    Best thing since homemade apple pie. I am a senior and often need assistance with my devices . The tech are patience and stay on phone until it is fix . Today a tech was with for 45 minutes and was patience
