    AppleCare used to be stellar and well worth every penny. Now…I’m not so sure. I guess the only real value here is that if you break your device or lose it is that you won’t have to pay full price for a replacement. Most of the repairs are super costly so I guess this is still worth it but the service provided by  is no where near what it used to be. Way less friendly and way less willing to help you. Best Buy has way better customer service.  should take notes.

    I love getting AppleCare with my best buy purchases. It sways me to shop Best Buy versus other retailers or dir ectly from Apple…unless i need a custom configuration of a Mac that Best Buy doesn’t carry.

    Love how hopeful and courteous the services. Never had any issues, and any claims I’ve had in the past were covered exceptionally fast, and very satisfied with my experience..
