AppleCare+???

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like that the AppleCare+ is included with every apple product purchase, but unhappy with Bestbuy in store tech support. About 2 weeks ago I brought in my iPhone and iPad to have them checked out do to a few issues I had with them. The tech didn't have the proper equipment to check them out properly and said they don't carry any parts and that they have a poor relationship with Apple support. As you can imagine I found this very disappointing! I told the tech that Bestbuy is using false advertising on their website were it states they certified apple repair facilities and carry most parts need for repairs, he stated that was not true. He directed me to go an apple repair center for any apple repairs. Bestbuy is not what it used to be and thier employees seem to not care about their customers like they used to.
