Disappointed

Suspected possible spyware. Didn’t want to remove all my data and risk concealing a problem without finding that. The staff person looked at a list of apps installed and told me he saw no problem. So I didn’t explain other issues. I had already done two clean reinstalls under direction of other tech. people. Gave up. Resolved to just figure it out myself and if I cannot — then make other decisions. So I’m not happy. Pleasant service isn’t enough.
