    I liked the fact that the plan included Geek Squad support and repair for $49. We have not used the services as of yet due to the Apple 10.2 Tablet being so easy to use. I would recommend that the staff at checkout explain the difference between $69 plan that is advertised on the Best Buy website and $179 plan, which was only plan discussed at checkout.
