Apple gave me really bad service in store in Cerritos ca. and customer service. I was so broken hearted.

Apple customer and Bestbuy customer service gives me a hard time. My daughters headphones beats went out and took 2 months to get help. Then was told part was on back order and then about another month later. They ended giving us a new pair.

Couldn't Fix But Did Replace
