Apple care

Apple gave me really bad service in store in Cerritos ca. and customer service. I was so broken hearted.

Couldn't Fix But Did Replace

A Rip Off by Blaming "Software" Error

An easy out, which allowed them not to honor the Apple Care I had paid for. I had to pay extra to terminate my phone contract and get a different phone.

It will be covered as long as the membership its valid.
