    Absolute hassle to get quick repairs, make appointment here waste time, make appointment there waste more time end up having to mail in device and experience downtime

    Product is good , but Bestbuy team has not disclosed to me / discussed about apple care charges during the time of purchase. Please stop all recurring monthly charges if any. Thanks
