Age and Degradation

AppleCare has declined most unfortunately. Recently I purchased a replacement iPad, and needed to migrate Apple Notes from the old to the new iPad. I followed directions as best I could to migrate via iCloud; however, the content for many of the old Notes (late 2023) was stripped in the process. These were my notes for psychotherapy sessions. After three calls to Apple tech-support, I was transferred to a senior advisor, who promised to call me back at a certain time, but then didn't. The problem was never solved, though I have been able to remember most of the missing data. The real problem is the degradation of phone support, as well as the removal of Apple stores as sources of same. Also, I am 77 years old, which means I have had to unlearn much technical information, to accommodate ever-changing upgrades which I suspect are used primarily to create planned obsolescence. As it is, I clearly see the need to somehow find specialist competent to give advice regarding maintaining an Apple System environment.
