    Had an accident with our family iPad that destroyed the screen. We took it into Best Buy under this and as a total tech member, received a brand-new iPad under the agreement within a week. My Dad was really upset when it broke, but so relieved to find out we were covered and with no hassle. Amazing service highly recommended.
