    I've never used the Applecare that you get when purchasing stuff so I can't really rate it effectively.

    When my phone cracked, I was told my receipt says I only have Apple Care for 30 days, yet looking at my Best Buy purchase history it says 24 months. What’s up with that!!!! Even Apple store says expired.

    Not very happy with this due to the fact that when you need help you have to spend countless hours at the Apple Store.....then the results are not that great.

    It came with the total tech. It might prove to be worth it, but for now, unsure. I've had apple care in the past and let it lapse because it did not prove worth it at that time.

    Product is ok. The ease of use vs my android is much more complicated. Maybe it's the structure but i don't care for it. It does feel of quality

    You can not go wrong purchasing apple care, and being a Best Buy Total Tech Member, if you purchase your phone from Best Buy it comes with this. Well worth it!

    I never get an iPhone without AppleCare - Apple can be tough to deal with but AppleCare has always taken care of any issues that I have had with my phone
