Not worth it

I was told I not longer had service on that particular item. All my other Apple products were covered though. Interesting how that work.

Additional Apple care + disappears

Great for cracked screen useless for all else

If you crack your screen this is for you. If you have a software issue Apple senior technicians will promise to solve the problem then tell you it is either fixed in the next release or it isn’ta problem then ghost you. Took me almost three months and at least seven “Senior technicians” until someone provided a fix to an iMessage issue.
