    Ouch. Just had a simple configuration question. Got handed off to a different chat agent, and then was told I had to make an appointment and bring the devices in. For a configuration issue. If either of the reps had spent the amount of time trying to understand my issue that they did just trying to get me out of their queue, I would have had my answer by the time the 2nd rep told me I had to visit a physical building for a software configuration question.

    Its great until they have to completely replace your product as it does not transfer over to the replacement product if you have given them one that came defective. Apple has lost me as a customer forever.

    Biggest issue is the lackluster support Apple provides for its devices. Usually they end up replacing the product rather then repairing it. Which is really wasteful.
