When people were considerate and nice.

Got appointment at Best Buy. We were seen promptly, and the young man was very sweet. He fixed our phone in minutes and was very patient when he helped us set it up properly with finger biometric. We had been at wits end! Best Buy helped quickly and very nicely! They should be proud of their employees!

Excellent Coverage

Took it to Best Buy and it was three months shy of the end of Apple Care. They replaced the iPad with a new one for the $49 fee. Great service.
