The HP laptop is a very nice and quick by. I use it to watch my videos and apps nothing major basically a small television if you will I have no problems with it. Nice color and enjoyed every day.

I had purchased another Best Buy Geek Squad annual Protection Plan on December 16, 2025 for my brand new Chromebook. I also purchased my Chromebook on December 16, 2025 from the Best Buy store at South Maryland Pkwy store, Las Vegas, NV.

There is no joke about Best Buy's Total protection plan! I recently purchased a lenovo yoga 9i laptop. If you dont know about this computer,( ill just say its a very pricey device) After only about 45 days of owning it i had a terrible freak accident and my yoga 9i was totaled. I called best buy and made an appointment. After bring my damaged device to them and learning they couldnt repair it, they told me it would be replaced! And it cost me $0!!! Absolutely incredible. I thought i was certainly going to pay something for a replacement... I paid nothing. I got a brand new computer right there and it hardly took any of my time. Im still to this day astonished by how simple and quick i had my laptop again. They really mean what they say when talking about best buys total protection plan! You wont find a better deal anywhere else. I have commited to buying any and all of my electronics from Best Buy now and moving forward! Thanks Guys!
