Zero zilch nada help for any of the issues. Level one technicians is what I got. 2 of which I could not understand without getting clarifications on the words. Finally soo frustrated to have to go in person to get a PSU for one HP system. I cancelled Best Buy Total mess and bought one for $13.45 including free shipping. Don't even waste your money.

Geek Squad Support

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the geek squad protection and most of the time phone support usually does not work and you need to make an appointment in order to solve an issue.There was also an issue that I had to leave my equipment and it was inconvenient to go without my equipment.
