    The Geek Squad has been such a great support with getting the most our of my laptop experience. Every person I've spent time with has been great, with an extra shout out to Marcus at the Watertown, NY store.

    I love having the added layer of protection for my this laptop. Best buy set up my daughters computer and installed a few applications for me all coved with additional fees. Gives me piece of mind just knowing that they will be there when I need them.

    Don’t make the mistake I made and cancel Geek Squad Protection. I had to cancel because I was job eliminated and the price was too high. Now that I’m more stable financially, I’m am to get it again.
