SHAME ON BEST BUY. IT THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO CANCEL TOTAL TECH AND TO PURCHASE ONLY FROM BEST BUY IN EMERGENCIES. i PURCHASED A LICENSE PLATE BACK MOUNT CAMERA AND SERVICE IS CONSISTENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE STORES ARE TOTALLY NON-RESPONSIVE AND UNWILLING TO EVEN DISCUSS IT.

I would not recommend Best Buy protection plan, at the time of purchase I was told for two years at close to 200.00 I went with it, now I got billed for 197.00 for a renewal, tricky wording to have us pay more, I cancelled because I do not like to be tricked into extended warranty when told it would be for two year not one.

Had my laptop 3 weeks and it’s still not fixed. Returned to store from service center in Louisville, KY because everybody at the store has their head up their a… I don’t know about other stores but, the Port Charlotte, FL store doesn’t have clue. Will not buy from Best Buy, again.

In the event you have something wrong with your product, Best Buy will only refer you to the manufacturer of the product. Best Buy will not do anything, unless you pay them first.

Not worth it. I bought a $1200 Asus for work broke in 4 months. They couldn't fix it in store would send it out but that would take longer than if you mailed it directly to the manufacturer for the warranty. They do not offer a loaner or replacement. Completed useless and I also Don't reccomend wasting your money on an Asus. I bought 2 and they both broke within the year!

Don't waste your money on this scheme unless you value your time as little as Best Buy does.

Didn't care for the plan to much money for it can't afford it

Dell laptop had some weird thing break within a year that when opened it was going to mess up the screen. Best Buy offered 20% off repair. We we were not satisfied with that. Sent us to a third party repair shop that was going to cost about $250.

No home support. Not good. Go back to in home tech support

Took my $2,000 laptop in for repair due to water damage. They sent it off for repair and then a week and a half later I was told the damage was too excessive and they would not replace or repair it EVEN THOUGH I PAID $300 FOR ACCIDENTAL COVERAGE!

I purchased a 5 year plan that was to cover all aspects of my laptop computer and I have finally had a use for the plan that I purchased back in April of 2021 and I’m not able to receive the help that I needed upon my computer. So this goes to misrepresention of a protected plan and computer 0 rating

Terms and consitions are not clear enough. You must be much more explicit

I took my ASUS laptop back 3 times and I wanted to just get another laptop but they refused and told me to buy another Chromebook while they get my crappy laptop back and I had bought it back on May,31st 2022 a waste of money and will not be shopping there again I rather go to PC Richards

This was not explicitly stated what is covered and not covered. So it is a clear sign of cheating your own customers by intentionally not disclosing valuable information during purchase.

This plan has $0 value. IT does not meet my service and backup support needs!! I will be CANCELLINY THIS PURCHASE IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS!!!

If you have lots of computers in your house, this is fine. If you don't, the only way they fix it is by shipping it out and you can't use it for up to three weeks until it's repaired and returned.

Not sure why this has spills on it. I was told physical damage isn’t covered.

We purchased our computer on Feb. 27. Geek Squad could not come out to set it up until March 17. So, the computer has stayed in the box but our protection plan has started 18 days ago. Wasted days.
