After listening to many recordings, I finally got a real person on the phone. Most were not familiar with windows 11. Took going to the Brentwood store and finding Nate, who solved all my problems and answered my questions.

Lousy support on exchange of damaged Surface Pro!

One (1) corner of the device, carefully bubble wrapped was broken. The device probably was dropped and the person packing the shipping of the device was probably not going to admit his or her action and shipped it anyway. NOW, Best Buy will ship replacement but Best Buy wouldn't tell me what the label should read to return the damaged Surface Pro.

Best Buy Protection program

Covers all of the little things like tune ups and software updates screen savers along with major repairs on the appliances you purchase from Best Buy. Much better than advertised extended "insurance" policy's.
