I believe you are relating to the Geek Squad coverage and or the best buy extra warranty purchases. We have never had to use one of the extra warranties as of yet however our Geek Squad membership has been proven worthy for over a decade now!!! Whatever of the many items we have purchased over almost 20 years indicates a quality product and service and the offerings to back up them.

I highly recommend the Total Tech plan! We’ll work the extra money!

Made the data transfer from my old computer much cheaper than it would have been.

After I finally had a chance to set it up and use it (life has been really busy!) it was what I needed. It has functions that my tablet was not able to do. And thanks to the GEEK squad, they installed my Office and helped with shortcuts. However, I still have trouble with shut down vs sleep.

Messed up first day with laptop. Fixed in no time without issue.

Buying Geek protection is the best thing we have ever purchase!!! With gifts for the kids and grandkids, having animals who like to jump and knock over things, we are protected from fridge to phone cover. We have only had to use it once( knock on wood) for a phone, but we feel safe knowing everything we purchase is covered. And it stays covered as long as we keep the coverage. Buy it!!!!! I LOVE my Lenovo Yogi7i 16" laptop with a 2-in-1 touchscreen. It is so versatile and convenient to use. I can find any file or folder in an instant, and there are so many things I can do with it! I use it mostly for pleasure, as I can also watch movies and play games on it. My screen is large enough to hold Zoom meetings with several people. It is light enough to carry in a backpack. I can't complain. This is, in my opinion, the perfect laptop!
