    I like the protection program but as it was. Before I received services free it I was a Total Tech member which I am. Now after 2 years I need to pay an additional charge plus the membership.

    This is a must for any possible problems with your purchases. The warranties are usually only 1 year as is for most different companies. This goes beyond the manufactures warranty. It gives you the peace of mind knowing the Geek Squad has you covered for many features the mfg. does not cover. Many additional discount offerings too.

    I am so grateful that I purchased the best buy total membership protection plan! When my earbud fell out of my pocket, one of my pups quickly snatched it up and chewed off the earpiece. Best Buy promptly replaced the set for me at no additional charge! Great service!
