    Purchased geeksquad protection I received text messages to remind me of next steps. They even wiped clean my HP laptop and transferred existing files over to lenovo price was very worthwhile I was not charged for anything

    I love the fact that all my purchases after my initial purchase of an HP-Envy are grandfathered in to my plan. I had a small issue with my first laptop took it back to the store because my screen had broken pixels in it, they swapped it out in store right away and got me on my way in about 20 minutes total. Excellent customer service! I love that fact that for less than 200, which is a 1/4 of the price of my laptop, if I have an issue or it gets damaged I know it will either be fixed or replaced for free! great peace of mind!
