    The laptop functions well and meets my needs. Not a fan of how much heavier it is compared to my old laptop was but this is also significantly heavier. So far, no problems or glitches!

    My favorite thing about the membership at Best Buy is the ease of mind of having a warranty. I don't have to worry about whether I have one, or fumble to find the paperwork. Anytime I've needed to use it, service has been terrific. Customer Service is essential.

    I have had the protection plan for this devise and others. Best Buy has always been the place I take all of my electronics for protection and service. They are awesome!
