It’s a great membership benefit definitely worth the money if you shop a lot at Best Buy.

My experience with Best Buy has been great! The associate was very helpful when I was purchasing my Chromebook. At one point, I needed help from the Geek Squad. They fixed my issue quickly.

Actually I purchased the TotalTech last year when I bought my laptop. Since then I've had multiple occasions to call Geek Squad. However, their help wasn't always helpful. With my new computer, many websites would appear left-justified. Via remote servicing, people around the world accessed my computer to fix the situation, but to no avail. Finally, the left-justifying ended on its own. The demon inside my computer left on its own (perhaps due to my priest blessing my apartment?)

This is a must-have for purchases at Best Buy. The few times I have used this Protection, it has saved me more than the purchase price. The Geek Squad is always there for me answering questions I have and ensuring whatever I purchase from Best Buy can be fixed or repaired without an additional cost. I do not claim to be computer savvy, I'm from the Quill and Ink well generation. Without these wonderful ladies and gentlemen to help me, I'd be in dire straits.

I did not want to spend a lot on a home computer that I rarely used. I love it! Its touch screen and i purchased the Microsoft package for about $100. What a deal...
