Best Buy has great services, I've had their service for years, good price for what they do for you. I've had my desktop and laptop repaired or upgraded over the years.

Bought this laptop for my son's first year of college and he loves it. The screen and keyboard are large easy to see and easy to type, it's touchscreen and it can be folded and used like a tablet. He can play GTA and all his other Xbox games on this laptop and it even has facial recognition. Overall very nice laptop for a very good price. The only negative is that there is no ethernet port.

I recently had to returns a computer, I talked to a agent online and scheduled a appointment with geek squad for the following day, the whole process was very simple, I was able to go in and out very fast, they exchanged it and gave me a new computer right away.
