* Total Reward * a little pricey but worth every coin. Best Buy has you protected from the plug to the technology. Geeks are on the squad and they definitely know how to fix it. You buy and get in a bind by dropping your tab. Take it here and they’ll take the jab. Money out the pocket tell a friend. With total protection the customer wins… lol

This is a great Laptop - our primary purpose is to have it as our 'at-home' computer. It is great for video calls, storing pictures and documents. I love the ten key builtin, and the large screen. This doesn't make it as portable as others, it is definitely a larger laptop - but light in terms of weight.

The Lap top was on sale for less than $400 and it is fast and easy to use. We’re very happy with this Purchase. Thanks, Mike R

If you buy a lot of items from Best Buy, I highly recommend this annual subscription. Electronic, toys, and appliances are pretty expensive these days, and this takes the worry out of dealing with repairs/replacements for defective or items that wear out prematurely. I also lowers the prices of just about everything you can buy at Best Buy.

Great plan to have just in case of everyday accidents that could happen unexpectedly.

We hardly ever purchase additional protection but grateful we did. Our Dell laptop screen needed repair and Best Buy's Geek Squad was outstanding in service. Our laptop came back from service in record time!

This is the BEST product protection ever ! This covers almost the entire protection that you need for electronics. The customer service is reliable and very nice people will help you to take care of your issues with your laptop, tablets, tv and other electronic devices.

Horrible headache with a treadmill. Ok for smaller things

Great service, they took care of my laptop quickly. The claims process was speedy, they took a look and the process took about 30 minutes, and they shipped it out. They got back to me after two weeks and gave me credit after they could not repair it.

Thegeek squad went far beyond what was asked of them. Best customer experience i have ever had. Feom returning one laptop to helpung me get another one similar to the one i returned. They had answered all my questions and even questions i would have never thought about asking. Thank you for all your support and than some.the laptop went off without a hitch. We love this! My husbands monitor wasn't working and we took it to geek squad with no worries and they amazed us with their turnaround time. The geek squad team are amazing and we love having this added protection. We also feel safer taking our laptops to Best buy rather than to someone found on google who makes repairs.

I bought my daughter a laptop and she spilled orange juice all over it. That laptop was ruined and did not have a protection plan. I sure gave her a piece of my mind! Her new laptop has protection, but no orange juice. Best Buy protection plan has given me peace of mind. Bring on the orange juice! I'm not afraid anymore!
