    Overpriced!! One should not have to pay the amount they charge to get help with a product they purchased at BEST BUY. Unless you purchase many items from the store...you should not need it to get help with issues

    Best Buy Protection is a great idea. I have the protection with Best Buy, and Check Best Buy first before I buy any electronics or appliances.

    Wow! What can I write, other than this device has held its stake in my profession and as a mom. According to my son, the graphics are great, as well as the video game capabilities. Although, I do not use it for that.

    Purchased this when I got a laptop at a year and a half ago. The laptop had a faulty key and we were able to exchange the laptop for a new one with no issues!

    I love how fast this computer is and the picture is awesome. Its also a 2 in 1 which I like and the backlit keyboard which I didnt have on my last computer. No problems so far. I love it! Definetly recommend
