Good to have incase of issues, not much else to say! Glad there is some protection offered as you never know when something will happen. I will usually protect more costly items and pass on it for cheaper items such as videogames.

Thank you for the protection. I had a printer that just did not work. It was so easy to return the printer and receive a new one. The people who work at Best Buy are great to work with. They don't ask questions, just take care of my issue. Thanks!

Extended warranty that included our computer was very helpful, fast and efficient on our laptop. The turnaround time from when we left the laptop at the store was much smaller than first anticipated.

From what I understand, this service can be huge especially with the ability to include multiple items to it. I haven't had to use it yet, and maybe won't, but I feel that it could be a good insurance policy.

A 100% rating being that I have yet to utilize the service but was impressed with the "Geek Squad" and their assistance in taking me through the introduction process of the use and application of my initial purchase of my Laptop.

For the money I don't think you can buy greater insurance. This has come in handy over the years as we've had 2 televisions go bad and Best Buy stood behind their products with this plan and replaced them without any additional charges. I'll continue to get this insurance every year!
