This item was purchased by my sister. She loves this computer. She hasn’t had any complaints. She’s confident enough with the total tech membership. She currently is using it for her job as a teacher highly recommend it.

This laptop is the greatest of all laptops. The system is very fast and smooth from transitioning from one page to the next.

I've always had the Geek Squad, but this time it seems amped up. The priveledges you get; the service you get is phenomenal! they are polite, knowledgable, seem to care about customers, and spend time explaining things. Troubleshooting is easy; best protection I've purchased. good.

Purchased the plan when we had purchased a new Ipad. This covered the cost of setup. Protection plan also covered all our electronics. We used this for repairs on laptop we had purchased earlier.

We have the total tech membership so we're always protected on our purchases. Its a little pricey I'd say but its worth having the extra coverage in book.

I really like this HP computer. It meets all of my needs. It has a nice screen quality.

I bought a Laptop that ended up having a faulty LCD cable. I took it into the store and they had it fixed free of charge. Totally worth the money to have the protection.

It’s the smart purchase and the only way to protect my products. Best Buy makes it easy. For years, I have had the protection. Got a problem take it in and it's fixed. So easy.

Since we have had this protection, for at least four years now, we have had Best Buy repair our television, multiple computers and some cell phone issues. I don't think we will ever not have this protection anymore as electronics have become such an integral part of all of our lives
