I am pleased that I could buy monthly Best Buy Protection. As always, I do not want to worry about such things. I am a worry wart anyway, So this really helps.

Have been a member of BBP Plan for several years. TV installation, Computer purchase and installation, service calls,et al. all well done. Edward Vaughn has been here several times and has been very helpful.

Will not do without it! We have kids and devices. Got to keep it protected.

Some of the stores has people that work in geek squad you are not familiar with updated computers, I went to the location in Germantown, MD and an associate that works in the geeks squad dept. told me that I could upgrade my Lenovo laptop memory as well as hard drive.. I paid close to $100 dollars and left my laptops there, I also told the guy I did not live in the area so I needed my laptop for work. He insured me that they could complete the work, only for 4 hours later, another associate from geek squad called me and told me that the ram and hard drive could not be uograded. I drove an hour back that same day to get my laptop.

Nice size laptop…..and with the protection plan Best Buy loaded my data from my old laptop to this new one!

So do I keep buying the protection plan? What if my item never breaks and I paid for a plan and never used it? That’s a chance you take. So I did cuz it’s been good so far!

I found that Best Buy stands behind their products and when I had a problem with my computer I was able to pay the difference for an upgrade. also the Geek squad was always very helpful

sounds enjoyable, glad never had to use it. its a nice touch of peace-of-mind.

Everything I have bought and being part of the Geek Squad users. Everything is always wonderful they take time they will give you time if you have questions and they will stay with you until you are finished asking things.

Given all that can happen in life and the delicate nature of a laptop, I would never purchase a laptop without the extended warranty against damage. If is a great value that I got for myself and my daughter and granddaughter who have used it often and have been very pleased with the service and overage.

I never buy the extended warranty on anything. But this works very well!

The My Best Buy Service is one of the best purchases I made last year. It makes our life easier in regards to electronics and it saves us money when we make purchases at Best Buy.

Hopefully will never have to use it. But have it for the just in case event!

I am so happy I have the contract with the geek squad. They have helped me so many times over the phone and actually came out at no charge to fix the printer problem. I will continue to have this coverage in the future.
