I have only had to use The Best Buy Protection once in the last Year on the seven items I bought and a local geek squad member took care of it immediately, and no issues since, very happy with both their service and the protection plan.

The best protection you could buy. Covers all new items for the whole year.

I purchased a protection when I purchased my laptop and it seems to be working just fine and I’m glad I purchased it just in case I need to turn it in for any service and it adds an extra peace of mind that Best Buy will be there to protect my laptop if needed.

Great service, great refrigerator, delivered on time

If you have a child/pet/clumsy adult this plan is for you. My plan has paid for itself multiple times in a year. I only buy eletronics from Best Buy becuase of Total Tech.

Spills are going to happen eventually, especially if you have kids. This was included with TotalTech membership, so I didn't have to pay extra for it, but it is definitely nice to have. You know, just in case.

It is good to have protection like this so you do not have to deal with the manufacturer in case of a problem. Better to deal with Best Buy who will take care of it.

Good to have protection on high dollar electronics and this overall meets the requirement. I gave it 4 stars because it seems as if they have reduced some of the coverage.

We have our new computers just a few months and the Geek Squad has been wonderful in helping my wife and I getting these new computers set up. It has been a very good experience.

The monthly membership plan has really been helpful in repair, sales, delivery, and installation of our TV snd repair, purchase and guidance for use of my laptop.

Love knowing that if anything goes wrong with my dishwasher I have Best Buy’s Protection Plan to back it up and get the repairs done quickly and without any hassle.

I am not a fan of xtra warranties. This is the only one which makes sense. All tech purchases are covered for a year. Otherwise i would not buy it!

Great value. We have already been to visit the Geek squad a few times. All are friendly and helpful. This would have cost much more without the plan

A very good program. It has been very helpful to get problems solved with this program. The people are very helpful. Very easy to access and usually not a long wait to stay your session. They are very helpful in solving issues.
